Greetings everyone! As we’re sure some of you have noticed, during the past few weeks our attention has been focused on the other side of the mod; MOD SUPPORT!

As you already know, we pride ourselves on our efforts to provide the highest level of support possible, through forum support, the detailed RCRNcommunity website, live chat, etc. That being said, these last 3 weeks have been dedicated to the development of our brand new “Support Center” and the brand new official RCRN Forums!

Through the excellent user feedback, we found the previous website layout, though extensive, was somewhat difficult to navigate. We aimed to simplify this by creating the Support Center. This you will find, conveniently separates the various support options into sections, easily navigated through by way of the support center. The goal is to address issues and answer questions immediately, without you guys having to await response when possible. Give it a look, and let us know what you think!

As for the forums, this addition, we are equally proud to present and very excited about. Previous to its inception, the primary forum support were the Nexus Forums and Steam Forums. Both of which are fantastic assets, but sometimes they can difficult to search through depending what it is you’re looking for. The benefit of the new forums, is the separation of different forum discussions according to topic, again making for easier user navigation. Users can refer to one forum for technical support, another for general discussion (suggestions, ideas, whatever), and another for bug reports. This by design not only benefits you great users, but also creates a much easier reference point for us, as we look to the future of RCRN.

All in all, the main priority here, was to further improve and streamline RCRN mod support, and all aspects within. We’re very happy with the results, and hope all of you find these changes/additions equally beneficial.
We will still continue to support and monitor the other supports avenues, but these are now the main focus for user support, so please take full advantage. If you haven’t registered yet, please do so, and get the threads going.

We hope to see you there!
